HAMBURGER NOODLE BAKE 
3 c. cooked, drained noodles
1 lb. ground lean beef
1/4 c. finely cut onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. grated American cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1 c. bite-size shredded corn biscuits
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have ready the cooked noodles. Brown the ground beef and onion over low heat; drain off drippings.

Mix together the celery soup, evaporated milk, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Stir in the meat and noodles. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

Mix together the ingredients for the topping and spread on top of the casserole. (Bread crumbs also are good as a topping.) Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
