LOW - CAL AND QUICK FISH DISH 
1 lb. thick fillet of fish
1 clove garlic, minced
Fresh mushroom caps
Chives
Parsley
Italian lo-cal dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cherry tomatoes or quartered tomatoes

Lightly oil shallow dish or spray with Pam. Place fillets in single layer. Mix dressing with garlic and lemon juice. Pour over fish and sprinkle with chives and parsley. Dip mushrooms and tomatoes in dressing and put in pan around fish. Bake at 350 degrees until fish flakes, 20-30 minutes, basting with pan juices. Serve with fresh steamed broccoli.
