LIVER AND ONIONS | |
Liver Flour Salt and pepper Onions Tenderize liver on both sides. Place flour, salt and pepper in baggie and drop liver in bag and shake. Place liver in hot oil, brown on one side and turn and brown on other sides. Fry onions in separate pan and put on top of liver. |
