CHICKEN ELEGANTE 
3 to 4 chicken breasts, split, boned and skin removed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 (5 oz.) jar dried beef
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tsp. butter
Paprika

Butter 9 x 12 inch pan lined with dried beef. Spread drained mushrooms on top of beef. Place chicken breasts on mushroom layer.

Mix sour cream with mushroom soup - pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in 300 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours.
