LIME VELVET 
4 (No. 2) cans crushed pineapple
4 pkgs. lime Jello
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 pts. cream, whipped or Cool Whip
4 c. finely chopped celery
2 c. finely chopped nut meats

Drain pineapple, use juice as liquid. Heat juice, add Jello and cream cheese. Beat until cream cheese is melted. Cool and fold in whipped cream, celery nuts and pineapple. Pour into pans and chill until firm. Cut in squares and place on lettuce. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
