1 c. real butter
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder

At room temperature cream together butter and cream cheese, gradually add sugar, continue mixing until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and flour. Spoon drop or using cookie press arrange on cookie sheet. You may garnish the center with walnuts, 1/2 maraschino cherry, Hershey kiss or candy sprinkles. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
