CHICKEN FETTUCCINE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. thin fettuccine noodles
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cook fettuccine as directed on package. Meanwhile, in small, heavy saucepan, melt butter. Add Mozzarella and cream. Cook over low heat until smooth and mixture thickens slightly. Place noodles in large bowl. Add sauce and chicken. Place noodles on serve dishes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
