SCOTTISH SHORTBREAD | |
1 1/2 c. butter 3 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Cream the butter. Mix in brown sugar. Add dry ingredients and combine thoroughly. Chill 1/2 hour. Shape into 2 rolls and wrap. Chill overnight. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown at 350 degrees. |
