NO BAKE FRUIT CAKE 
Put in bowl and set aside:

1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. mini marshmallows
3 tbsp. orange juice (or rum)

In large bowl:

4 doz. graham crackers (into fine crumbs) - (4 c.)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. each finely chopped dates, golden raisins, dark raisins
3/4 c. nut meats
2/3 c. your choice of candied fruits

Add milk mixture. Mix with spoon, then with hands until crumbs are moistened. PRESS FIRMLY into waxed paper lined 5 cup loaf or tube pan. Decorate with additional nuts and fruit. Cover tightly. Chill 2 days before slicing. Keep in cool plate. Makes one 2 1/4 pound fruit cake.
