HAM CORN CHOWDER 
1 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
2 c. potatoes, diced
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 can cream style corn

Saute the onion in the butter with the ham until onion is tender. Add the water and potatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes. Blend in the flour and milk adding the cream style corn last. Bring to a gently boil while stirring constantly for one minute. Season to taste. Serves 4.
