POT ROAST | |
4-6 lb. shoulder roast 1 big onion 6 med. potatoes 8 carrots 3 bay leaves Salt to taste Batter both sides of roast in flour and brown on both sides; pour water. Cut up onion, potatoes, carrots and put in bay leaves. Salt. Cover pan and let cook until done, 2 to 3 hours. |
