CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken breast, cut up
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. almonds, slivered
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles (rice) (La Choy has these rice noodles packaged in 3 oz. can)

Combine everything except cheese and noodles. Place in greased 9"x13" casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese and noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
