BEEF SKISH KEBABS 
3 to 4 lb. tender steak, cubed
Mushroom caps
Onions, wedged
Green peppers
Cherry tomatoes

MARINADE SAUCE:

5 oz. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Mix ingredients for marinade sauce. Set aside.

Skewer meat alternately with vegetables. Let kebabs marinade 4 to 6 hours; baste with sauce while grilling.
