CARROT AND OAT BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 1/4 cups oat bran 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 2 egg whites 3/4 cup milk 1 cup shredded raw carrots 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 cup raisins Mix oat bran, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together. Mix moist ingredients together. Now mix all ingredients together. Fill baking cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. |
