STUFFED TOMATOES 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/4 lb. good sausage
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. catsup
8 med. tomatoes
1 sm. onion, shredded
2 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix together all ingredients except Parmesan and tomatoes. Cut "hats" off the tomatoes. Hollow each tomato carefully with a spoon. Grease well a deep oven dish. Stuff each tomato with meat mixture. Arrange in dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Replace tomato "hats". Cook until meat is done, about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. (You may use favorite meat loaf recipe to stuff tomatoes for a change).
