CHICKEN - N - BISCUITS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. mushrooms
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 c. cooked chicken
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tube biscuits
1 box frozen peas

Saute onion and mushrooms. Combine balance of ingredients excluding biscuits. Put in large casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Put raw biscuits on top and bake as directed.
