CHICKEN AND BISCUITS 
3-5 lbs. chicken parts
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 lb. frozen peas
Flour & water (for thickening)

Simmer chicken, onion, pepper and seasonings (in enough water to cover plus 1") until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken to plate to cool, then remove bones and skin. Taste broth and add bouillon or spices to taste. Bring broth to a full rolling boil, add flour and water mixture to thicken. Taste again, add spices if needed. Add peas and boned chicken. Serve with biscuits on the side.
