CHOCOLATE TORTE

1ST LAYER:

2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. crushed walnuts

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Spread onto first layer.

1 lg. pkg. instant pudding
3 c. milk

Spread onto 2nd layer and top with Cool Whip and crushed walnuts.
