1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix first seven ingredients with mixer. Stir in chips and nuts. Bake in greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour 5 minutes. Very rich - serve in small slices.
