MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
5 qt. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Brown paper grocery bag

Melt butter in 1 1/2 to 2 quart dish. Add sugar, salt and corn syrup. Stir. Bring to a boil cooking on high. Then boil for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in soda. Put popped corn in a brown paper grocery bags.

Stir well to coat popcorn. Cook in bag on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove and stir well. Cook again on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into a pan to cool. Store in closed container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
