MAYFAIR DRESSING 
1 bud garlic, peeled and sliced
1 rib celery, peeled and sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 (2 oz.) can flat anchovies
3 eggs
1 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. horseradish mustard or 1 tbsp. horseradish and 1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 c. vegetable oil

Put all ingredients in blender except oil. Blend. Add oil 1/2 cup at a time, blending a few seconds after each addition. Keeps for a long time in refrigerator. Gets it's name from the old Mayfair Downtown St. Louis.
