BEEF RELISH 
1 pt. chopped boiled beets
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. horseradish
Dash red pepper
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. chopped cabbage
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients, let come to rolling boil; pack in clean hot jars and seal. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
