CRUSTY BEEF, CHEESE AND NOODLES 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
4 cans meatless mushroom sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. thin noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Seasoning salt

Heat oil. Add onions and beef. Cook until redness is gone, stirring to break up meat. Add sauce and salt. Heat thoroughly.

In a casserole dish arrange half of the noodles in a bottom layer. Pour beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, then layer the rest of the noodles and cover with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8-10 hungry people.
