BANANA BREAD 
1 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. mashed, ripe bananas (3 lg. ones)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom of regular size loaf pan. Put all ingredients except Bisquick and nuts in a bowl. Stir with a fork. Then add Bisquick mix. Mix with fork until moistened. Add nuts. Makes 1 loaf. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
