1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. minced parsley
