TOFFEE BUTTER CRUNCH 
1 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. white corn syrup
3 tbsp. water
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter; add sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook to hard crack (300 degrees). Quickly stir in 1 cup nuts and spread on well-greased cookie sheet. Spread chocolate chips; sprinkle with nuts. Chill and break into pieces. Great to make for Christmas.
