HILL COUNTRY BARBECUE SAUCE 
4 med. onions, finely chopped
1 c. butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, pressed
4 lemons, cut into 1/4 inch slices
5 bottles (32 oz.) catsup
1 bottle (15 oz.) Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. Nature's Seasons seasoning blend
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. wine vinegar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

Saute onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Use on chicken, sausage, or cabrito. Yield: 1 1/2 gallons.
