MILK CHOCOLATE WALNUT BARS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine brown sugar, butter, and egg. Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Press dough into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Return to oven 1 minute. As soon as chips melt, spread evenly, then sprinkle nuts on top. Cool and slice. Makes about 4 dozen bars.
