BAR-B-QUE (Crock Pot) 
4 lb. ground chuck (brown with 2/3 red onion)
2/3 c. red onion
1/2 green pepper, slivered
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 lg. cans tomato sauce or 1/2 bottle ketchup

1. Brown onion and brown chuck in skillet. Drain grease.

2. Smash clove of fresh garlic with spoon. Combine all ingredients together in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 1/2-5 hours.
