MUSKRAT PIE 
24 Oreos
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 gal. slightly softened vanilla ice cream
1 bar German sweet chocolate
1 stick butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Crush Oreos in blender. Mix with 1 stick melted butter. Press in pan. Spread ice cream over crust. Boil bar chocolate, butter, evaporated milk and sugar until it thickens. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Let cool and then pour this over ice cream. Cover with Cool Whip and nuts on top. Makes a large dessert.
