ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
6 c. zucchini, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded carrots
1 stick utter
1 box Stove Top stuffing

Combine zucchini, onion and carrots in pan with small amount of water. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain mixture.

Mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup and add the zucchini mixture; mix well.

Melt in saucepan butter and pack of seasoning from Stove Top dressing and mix with stuffing mixture.

Place 1/2 dressing mixture in a casserole, fill with the zucchini mixture; add the remaining dressing mixture to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
