RICE AND MUSHROOMS | |
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 c. mushrooms, canned 1/4 lb. butter 1/4 c. chopped celery, leaves included 1/4 c. green onions, chopped 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. beef bouillon soup Saute the mushrooms gently with celery and onions in butter. Add soup and salt and pour over uncooked rice. Bake in a tightly covered dish for approximately 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Serve with dalma. |
