SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
Lemon juice (opt.)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar

Mix ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. fine chopped nuts
1/2 c. grated coconut
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter

Melt butter, add other ingredients and spread evenly over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
