BREADED STEAK 
1 slice round steak, cut thin
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. bread crumbs
1 can chicken broth

Cut steak into serving pieces. Pound steak on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Dip pieces into egg, then bread crumbs. Repeat. Pour oil into skillet and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Put steak in baking pan. Pour chicken broth over steak. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. This can be doubled or cut into small pieces and served with dipping sauce.
