SUPER TOAST 
1 loaf of bread

DIP:

8 to 10 eggs
1/2 cup milk

RUB:

1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Whip eggs and milk to form a dipping bath. Separately mix dry ingredients to form a rub.

Quickly dip slices of bread in the bath and then drop into the rub mixture. Pat dry mixture into bread on each side.

Fry on non-stick pan or griddle at 275°F using a little butter if desired.
