COLE SLAW 
3 lbs. cabbage
2 carrots
2 green peppers
2 cucumbers
2 med. onions

Slice cucumbers, onions and peppers thin. Shred cabbage and carrots coarsely.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. vinegar

Add to cabbage slaw. Marinate 24 hours. Feeds a crowd.
