SIMPLE CHICKEN FLAUTAS 
1 whole chicken
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 or 2 pkgs. flour tortillas
Sour cream
Picante sauce
Salt and pepper
Cheddar cheese, grated

Boil chicken until cooked. Debone and place chicken in skillet. Simmer on low. Add a little chicken broth to simmer in. Add garlic, onions, salt, and pepper; let simmer until onion and garlic are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Turn off and let set while making flautas.

Flour tortillas must be soft. Fill each flour tortilla with chicken and cheese. Roll and deep fry until golden brown (may use toothpick to hold together).
