STEP #1:
2 softened sticks butter
1 c. crushed nuts
1 c. flour

Mix. Layer bottom of large baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

STEP #2:
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix.

STEP #3:
2 (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding or any flavor
3 c. milk

Beat. Cover cooled nut and flour mixture with pudding and top with Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture.
