CLAM BALLS 
9 c. bread cubes
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
2 cans minced clams & juice

Melt butter. Add celery, onions, parsley, salt, pepper and seafood seasoning. Saute until tender. Add to bread crumbs and add clams and juice; mix well. Let set for 1/2 hour. Form into balls and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
