SHRIMP CURRY 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. grated onion
2 cans cream of shrimp soup or
1 cream of shrimp & 1 cream of mushroom
4 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Saute onions in butter. Add soup and shrimp. Before serving, add sour cream and curry powder. Heat slowly so not to curdle.

Serve over wild or white rice or combination of the two.
