PIZZA 
1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
8 oz. shredded mozzarella or other favorite cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl, dissolve yeast from hot roll mix in warm water. Stir in hot roll mix. With greased fingers, press dough into greased 14-inch pizza pan, forming a rim around edge.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, spoon on sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes until edges are golden brown.

If more than one topping is desired, arrange on pizza before putting on mozzarella.

(Examples - drained anchovies, cooked crab or lobster meat, chopped or sliced green peppers, drained and browned ground beef, sliced mushrooms, sliced olives, sliced or chopped onions, sliced pepperoni, etc.)

TIPS: To make ahead prepare then wrap and freeze, then bake frozen pizza, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
