CHICKEN MARSALA 
2 to 3 pkgs. chicken cutlets
2 eggs
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Plain bread crumbs
2 lg. onions
3 tbsp. butter
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. wine
1/4 c. lemon juice
Mozzarella cheese

Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl; dip chicken cutlets in and bread. Meanwhile, in frying pan saute 3 tablespoons butter, 2 large onions (cut into strips), 1 can mushroom pieces (drained). Add 1/2 cup Marsala cooking wine and 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

In a baking dish layer: marinated chicken cutlets, then sauce mixture from frying pan, then slices of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat procedure, layer after layer. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
