BEEF PITAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. fresh mushroom pieces
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
6 sm. pita bread halves

Cook beef, onion, pepper and garlic until meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in mushrooms, catsup, parsley, mustard, herbs and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in cheeses. Remove from heat. Fill pita halves with meat mixture.
