STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
Diced onion
1 egg
Parboiled rice
Bread crumbs
1 or 2 lg. can crushed tomatoes

Place head of cabbage in pot of water and cook slowly. Do not over cook.

In bowl, place chopped meat, add diced onions, egg and bread crumbs. Add parboiled rice.

To parboil rice, just cook for 7 minutes. Drain and add to meat.

Remove cabbage from pot and remove softened leaves. Evenly cut off ridge of cabbage. Return the cabbage to pot and continue cooking.

Take leave, place small amount of meat at tough end and roll. Place in pan and then add crushed tomatoes and bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
