EASY CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 boneless chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon (optional)

Mix salad dressing, mustard, honey and tarragon. Place chicken breasts on rack in broiler, brush with half of salad dressing mixture. Broil for 8 minutes. Turn, brush with remaining salad dressing mixture. Broil additional 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Can also be done on BBQ grill or baked in a 375 degree oven, baking 15 minutes, turned and baked additional 15 minutes.
