1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk chocolate pieces
Combine peanut butter, brown sugar and egg in mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Spread evenly in ungreased 8 inch square microwave-safe baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high 4 to 4 1/2 minutes until no longer doughy. Rotate dish once. Sprinkle with milk chocolate pieces. Let stand a few minutes to soften chocolate, then spread evenly over bars. Cool an cut into 20 bars, about 145 calories each.
