SCRUMPTIOUS SALAD MOLD 
1 lg. (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail or crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 (1 lb.) carton cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin (use dry) any flavor
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Drain fruit cocktail or pineapple. Fold together whipped topping, cottage cheese and dry gelatin. Fold in fruit and nuts.
