PERFECT COOKED RICE 
1 c. raw rice (UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice is my favorite), use long grain
2-3 qts. boiling water
Salt

Cook boiling rapidly as possible, just like you were cooking spaghetti. In about 14 minutes test. Drain in colander. Run very hot water over rice and serve. Every grain will be fluffy and standing apart. Yield: 3 cups.
