BLUEBERRY CRUMB CUPCAKES 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil

1 1/2 c. blueberries

Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle the following mixture on top of them.

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour

Mix together until crumbly. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10 minutes more.
