1/2 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch pieces
3 c. crisp rice cereal

Melt peanut butter and butterscotch together on top of double boiler. Pour mixture over cereal in a bowl stirring until cereal is coated. Press 1/2 mixture in a buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan, chill, cut into squares.
